I’m delighted to announce the release today of the 4th remix of S.H.A.M.A.N.E.S by the brilliant Dombrance! It’s been a while since I wanted to entrust my stems to electro producers, and I think my intuition was right with Dombrance! I met him in 2015 at the Transmusicales de Rennes, when I was touring with Jeanne Added, and he with his brilliant DBFC. I loved his powerful, instantly recognizable bass, heady grooves and psychedelic synthesizers. A few years later I discovered his track “The Witch”, which I listened to over and over for weeks. So when I started looking for remixers, it was obvious that I had to suggest him. He chose “Here and Everywhere” and turned it into a sunny, danceable track that I never tire of listening to, and dancing to! For me, this remix is like a hymn to joy, and that’s a good thing these days!
