UFO warning!
I’m delighted to announce the release today of this 2nd remix of S.H.A.M.A.N.E.S. by the aptly-named Chocolate Genius Inc.
I had discovered his work on the albums he had done for No Format, and was very impressed by the richness of his writing, and his creativity.
Marc Anthony chose the title track “healing”, which he transformed into a long cosmic suite lasting 7 minutes and 30 seconds. The mood is electro, with Dougie Bowne’s Lo-Fi beats, celestial vocals, lunar pianos, cosmic effects and twinkling strings like you’d hear in a great film score.
When I listen to this remix, I feel as if I’m rediscovering my song, but above all, entering a new, even more intense world.
