Product images are non-contractual.\n\n<h2>Prices<\/h2>\nPrices are listed in euros and <strong>include VAT<\/strong>. Shipping fees are not included and are specified before order confirmation.\n\n<h2>Order<\/h2>\nThe Customer selects the products they wish to purchase, adds them to their cart, and confirms their order after accepting these Terms and Conditions.\n\nAny order implies acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.\n\n<h2>Returns \u2013 Exchanges<\/h2>\nIf a product is defective or non-compliant, the Customer may request an exchange or a refund. A photo of the defect or other proof may be required. Return shipping costs will then be covered by the Seller.\n\n<h2>Intellectual Property<\/h2>\nAll content on the site (texts, images, music, videos, sheet music, etc.) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.\n\n<h2>Personal Data Protection<\/h2>\nThe site collects and processes Customer personal data for order management and commercial relationship purposes, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).\n\nCustomers may exercise their rights of access, correction, or deletion of their data by writing to: <a href=\"mailto:contact@annepaceo.com\">contact@annepaceo.com<\/a>\n\n<h2>Liability<\/h2>\nThe Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data or content loss, or service interruptions.\n\nIn case of force majeure, contract execution may be suspended or terminated without compensation.\n\n<h2>Disputes \u2013 Applicable Law<\/h2>\nThese T&#038;Cs are governed by French law.\n\nIn the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the case will be referred to the competent French courts.
